A former Home Builder Executive VP/Chief of Operations at LHI Mortgage, Inc. A builder-owned, full-service mortgage banking operation. Jim was fundamental in growing the firm from $40 million in annual origination volume to $360 million. Responsible for multiple locations throughout Chicago, specifically a southwestern suburban project with over 5,000 units financed and received annually Top Home Builder Lender J.D. Power Award winner for customer satisfaction and 2016/2017 Executive Club Award.

Rich was the 2018 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the homebuilding industry including recruiting, hiring & training to managing, developing & motivating elite sales teams. Rich will leverage his experience in management, marketing & sales management to add value for our builder clients. He can coordinate with sales managers & representatives to develop strategies to generate more sales, collaborate on marketing opportunities.
