Pat was great from the beginning. Always communicated well over email and phone. My dissatisfaction came when things got passed along to the processors. Their communication was lackluster and minimal. I understand that I am ignorant on how a loan process works, but it seems like things were delayed right up until the closing date even though I provided all necessary documentation in a timely manner and provided a three week closing. This made the closing process very stressful for me and I needed to sign closing documents and make a wire transfer within 24hrs of the closing date. I wish this would have felt smoother. Despite the stress, we were able to close successfully. Really enjoyed working with Pat, but not so much with the processors.
