Many things to say. Overall, the educational nature of engagement was what drove me to this team. Not only did they help me get better prices they educated me on the whole process and helped me compare different quotes. I have already recommended them to few others and will keep doing that. The slight negative I would add is during the loan process lender credit reduced as we made changes. Although I signed the disclosure and read it was reduced, IMO in full transparency it should have been highlighter verbally or in an email. This is great team to work with. THANK YOU!

The experience was excellent with one exception: the stage between conditional approval and final approval. There were some delays and frustration regarding some of the formal documents required.
